Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Konekte. By booking a consultation, event, or matchmaking service, you agree to the following terms. Booking & Appointments All services must be booked in advance through our website or approved communication channels. Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Konekte. Complimentary Discovery Consultation Konekte offers one complimentary discovery consultation per person. This session allows us to learn about your relationship goals and determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs. Participation in a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into our matchmaking program. Matchmaking Services Our matchmaking services are personalized and tailored to each client. Service options, recommendations, and investment details will be discussed during or after your consultation. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in the appointment being forfeited. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at Konekte's discretion. Privacy & Confidentiality Your privacy is important to us. Information shared during consultations and matchmaking services will be kept confidential and used solely to provide Konekte services. No Guarantee of Results Konekte is committed to creating meaningful introductions and experiences. However, we do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, or specific outcomes, as successful connections depend on mutual interest and compatibility. Client Conduct Clients are expected to treat Konekte staff, event participants, and other clients with respect. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from our services. Right to Refuse Service Konekte reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if we determine that our services are not the appropriate fit for a client or if these policies are violated.
