Speed dating is a fun and fast-paced way to meet multiple people in one evening through a series of mini-dates. Unlike casual mixers, it’s structured so everyone gets a chance to talk to each other one-on-one for a few minutes before moving to the next person.

2. How many people will I meet at a Konekte speed dating event?

You’ll typically meet between 8 to 15 singles in your age group. We try to keep the ratio balanced so everyone gets a fair number of one-on-one dates.

3. How long does each mini-date last?

Each conversation (or “date”) lasts around 5 to 7 minutes—just enough time to make a first impression and see if there’s a spark!

4. How do I keep track of who I’m interested in during the event?

You’ll receive a Konekte match card or digital form to discreetly mark who you’d like to connect with again. If there’s a mutual match, we’ll let you both know after the event.

5. What happens after the event if I want to talk to someone again?

After the event, we review all matches. If two people indicate mutual interest, we’ll send you each other’s contact information privately so you can take the next step.

6. Do we exchange contact info during the event or afterward?

 No personal contact information is exchanged during the event. We handle that afterward only if there’s a match, to ensure everyone feels safe and respected.

7. Is there a host or guide to help us throughout the night?

Yes! Our friendly Konekte hosts will guide you through the evening, explain how everything works, and keep the energy flowing. You won’t feel lost—we’ve got you covered.

8. What if I don’t connect with anyone—do I still get something out of the event?

Our events are also about building community, celebrating culture, and enjoying good vibes. Many attendees leave with new friends, networking contacts, or just a fun night out.

9. Are there activities or icebreakers to help us feel more comfortable?

Yes! Each event includes light icebreakers or themed games to make it easier to start conversations and loosen up. Plus, your first drink is on us!

10. How private is the matching process? Will others know who I chose?

Completely private. No one will see your choices except the Konekte team. Only when there’s a mutual match will we share contact info—discreetly and respectfully.
